[Resolved] Zoom Car — they are charging me extra without any reason | |||||
I had booked zoomcar of morning 7 am. Picked my car at 8:30 am. And i dropped time was at 2 pm and i dropped around 2:15 pm. I have not driven extra kms too. They have charged me extra 978/- without any reason. When i am asking them the full bill (Split up) they are not ready to show even that. No response on mails too. There customer care no. Is also not proper. Never connects to customer executive. I had earlier used zoomcar in pune. I had very good experience. But in mumbai it was the worst experience.
