[Resolved] Zoom Car — To refund my money back quick asap | |
I had completed my last trip on 2nd june 2020. I paid inclusive of deposit amount Rs 3000. But still I haven't received any refunds from them. I have booked my complaint more than thrice a times, but no reply!.. They said me that zoomcar is settling the respective refunds after 9th june one by one. Todays date is 29th june, I haven't received any information from them. Take any action against this problem and releave from it.

Jul 1, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They called me through this mobile number (9513496101). But there is some network issues, and I couldn't get that information from them. They said that zoomcar will send an sms to my mobile number, and redirected to payment asking page. But they didn't send any sms to me. I called back to the same number and thay didn't pick the phone. I couldn't understand what is happening in that company? Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
