[Resolved]  Zoom Car — unable to end my cycle trip

I had booked cycle no. 101029 from pedl.in and i ride it for about 45 min in the morning around 7 am. After that i parked it at the cycle station from where i started at around 8 am and tried to end trip. But unable to do so. I have raised three complaints till now and yet to get any resolution. This is my fourth complaint. I’m unable to now find the cycle as well. Whenever i’m trying to end my trip it just asks for open location and never ends the trip. This is very annoying and i’m being charged for this for about 6 hrs now which i’m not using at all. This is very ridiculous and unprofessional.
