[Resolved] Zoom Car — unable to end trip for cycle round - cycle#102892 | |||
I (Ajay) have unlocked cycle at 6.55 am in pimple saudagar, pune and used it exactly for 25 minutes with my cell alarm on. I kept cycle from where i unlocked it. I was able to lock it but when tried to unlock got error "timed out" an asked to press okay. Not able to end the trip. I tried to end the trip for almost 40 minutes but got same message. So took the screenshot and sent many mails to pedl customer care using support feature. But there is no response from customer care yet and now while again i tried to open zoom car apps, i got message that your trip is still on and then said do you want to end trip... I hit no but still it ended the trip and deducted 30 rs/ from paytm and saying 15 rs still pending to pay... So used cycle for 25 minutes i. E. 3 rs and now see charges of 45 rs. Wasted so much time since morning on this with lot of frustration and there is no response from customer care - this is not expected at all. Please support to close this and refund me all 45 rs/-. I would have been okay to deduct 3 s as used fo 25 min but with type of service you are providing an considering wastage of time, frustration as no response from customer care now question is why i should be paying due 3 rs - too.
