[Resolved] Zoom Car — unable to unlock

Unable to unlock the cycle and not even able to end the trip but in app it shows trip has started and time is going on but i have not used cycle at all . I have wasted my time upto 30 mins there itself. I was getting late so left that cycle in the place and went. But trip still in progress please give me solution to end the trip... Trip is not ending at all, it is giving timeout, please try again error always.
I used the cycle for 10mins only, but still trip is not ending at all.

please help me in this. please upgrade the software soon. this can create an issue for many. thank you
