[Resolved] Zoom Car — unable to unlock cycle and end trip on pedl zoomcar but deducted amount from paytm | |||||
I booked a cycle 101986 from Lodha Xperia Mall.The trip was started but not able to unlock cycle. I had try many time to lock the cycle and end the trip but system showing timeout.I had raise complain in customer case but they do not call back and 10 Rs withdrawal from paytm cash. Zoomcar Order #15b91bbd-0714-11e8-afd0-028ea5d789d4 Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-02-01 04:30:01 PM Cycle number 101986 Name - Soumen Area - lodha palava city, Xperia mall Team should revert transaction.And stop charging without valid trip.
