[Resolved] Zoom Car — unable unlock and unable to end the trip | |||
My cycle number 3204189. A terrible first time experience. Unable to unlock my first cycle. Then it took several minutes to end that trip. Then booked another cycle. Now after an hour, i have reached the station. But not able to end the trip. Now couldn't unlock also. Such a creepy service. I would never recommend pedl to anyone. Now it's is still charging in my account. I don't have want any deductions to be happen in my balance. Was this information helpful? | |||
