[Resolved] Zoom Car — unacceptable charges levied | |
Dear, This is divyansh dalmia my booking id is:- jps640khp, Your company has raised a bill of 300/- for a tire puncture. During pickup the driver told me that the right side tire is puncture. I said him that it must be because there is low pressure in that particular tire, then i told him that we can go and have a check in the near by petrol pump so that we can put some air and check it but he said we will self inspect it and will raise the amount for the same. If a customer is saying that we can go just 200 mt. And have a check what was the issue i don't know. I had a talk to some supervisor but regret it because he was just repeating his words that the tire was punctured we inspected it and the issue is viable and i have to pay for it. If for instance i had said i have filled the diesel but i didn't showed the bill but i keep on saying yes it was this % filled and i have drived this much km will you guys accept the same. For a tire puncture 300/- is also a very high charge which can be done in a minimal way but you guys have your own policy which clearly states that we won't listen to the consumer even if he is ready to go for the inspection himself. 300 rs. Is not a big thing to pay but without confirmation i won't be paying as your representative didnt went with me to check. Was this information helpful? | |

i booked cycle with cycle no-3201635 on 14sep after 58min ended the trip . so i raised the complaint and trip was ended. now I am not able to book another trip through App. please close the complain ASAP
