[Resolved] Zoom Car — unauthorized money deduction from customer account | |||||
I was not able to end trip as your app was searching and got timed out frequently. I ended my trip by 20 mins but after 46 mins it got ended on your system and Rs 6 got deducted from my account. Your service is crap. Yesterday I started the trip but your cycle was not moving due to brake jam. I had to end trip to take another bi-cycle which cost me extra Rs 3. I will write a mail to your CEO and cyber crime team about your fraudulent activity of deducting money from Paytm and not refunding that amount Was this information helpful? | |||||
