[Resolved] Zoom Car — unfair deduction of amount for the pedl cycles. | |||
I am subhajit from pune. I had booked a pedl cycle at 2.23 pm from the parking lot in front of cosmos bank. The cycle number is 3220915. Although the space was available at the parking i couldn't end the trip. This went for the next two and half hours and i couldn't do it. The app kept crashing and kept providing flimsy reasons for the same. I tried at two different parking lots yet the result was the same. I had suffered the same fate even yesterday as well. Please, take a look into the same. Urgently. And i need an assurance that the same will not be repeated again. I need a refund of the amount deducted. Rupees 15 for today.
