[Resolved] Zoom Car — unnecessarily payment charged and service stopped

I have subscribed to pedl cycle for one month with rs. 49/-. At start i got free rides but from 19th oct, 2018 my money is getting deducted even i have subscribed with monthly plan. On 19th oct, 2018 my rs 9/- got deducted from paytm balance.
Total rs 9/- got deducted, please refund me back and let me know whats the reason? So shall i use further pedl or not? Will it cost me again?
From last two days i'm not allowed to use pedl service, this is really irritating
