Zoom Car — vehicle breakdown - refund demanded | |||
The Zoomcar that we had booked for 31st December, and 1st January, broke down thrice, due to battery failure. After the first time, when we contacted Zoomcar customer care, we understood that Zoomcar was aware of the battery issue, and still went ahead to offer us the vehicle. The third location that the vehicle broke down was on a highway, where the risk of accident was extreme. It is extremely unprofessional of Zoomcar to have offered us the vehicle in the first place, without even informing us of the risks. We demand a full refund for the entire trip, for the inconveniences, as well as lack of accountability, and responsibility on Zoomcar's part. We submitted a complaint in the Zoomcar App, and also tried to contact them on FB. Both times we received a rehearsed response. Until now we have not been contacted by Zoomcar regarding the matter.
