Zoom Car — very bad maintenance of car | |||
It was my 5th booking in zoom car. I have driven around 600km using zoom car and like how i took their car like that i have return back the car to them not even a single scratch has made to the car because of me i have recommend zoom car to my friends also. But on tuesday 20.2.2018 at 3.30am i booked a scorpio and i paid for 460 km. After driving few km then only i noticed clutch was in a very bad condition. While returning from athirappilly water falls in kerala (Time 5.30pm) to coimbatore. Clutch became completely failure. I couldn’t to anything. So i informed this breakdown of vehicle to zoom car customer service and they connected me to mahindra roadside assistant after waiting around 3 hour recovery van came for towing the vehicle around 9 o clock and after that only zoom car call taxi came (They said 50 km up and down is free in zoom car taxi service after that i will be charged) and after arguing a lot they dropped me in thrisur railway station and he charged me 105rs for toll. All trains to coimbatore junction was full. I had no other options so i took open tickets to coimbatore junction. Unreserved compartment was fully crowded myself and my friends was standing in train for 4 hours because there was no seats available in unreserved compartment. At 2.00 am we reached the coimbatore junction and from junction to my home i booked ola cab he charged me 230rs i suffered a lot because of zoom car.in my zoom car login i had a outstanding amount 10000rs and zoom car customer service executive said it is general damage charges and i said i didn’t damage your vehicle for that he replayed after seeing the service report of the damaged vehicle only they will decide whether i should pay 10000rs. If it was my fault i should pay 10000rs to zoom car. If it was zoom cars fault i no need to pay and it will take around 2 to 3 days to resolve this issue And after two days also i had outstanding amount of 10000rs in my zoom car login. I tried to contact zoom car customer care service if i enter my registered mobile number to customer care service they are not connecting me to their customer care executive itself. Now they have mailed me saying that (‘’ hi! We noticed that you have yet to pay an outstanding amount of rs 10000 for your past bookings ["jps62msj0"]. Please pay the outstanding amount within next 2 days to avoid disruption of zoom car services. Thank you!’) 1) i drove that car only 280km. But i have paid for 460 km 2) i took the car at 54899 km and when i gave the car to towing service it was 55175 km 3) i have filled diesel for rs 1000. I have that bill and i uploaded that bill to my login in zoom car also they didn’t refund me till now 4) train tickets from thrisur to coimbatore it costs rs 300 5) ola cab charges from coimbatore junction to my home rs 230 6) myself and myfriends was standing for 4 hours in train 7) our whole trip was spoiled 8) my booking id jps62msj0 Was this information helpful? | |||
