[Resolved] Zoom Car — waiting for refund since 3 months! | |
I have cancelled my booking: Booking id # jps6no4j4 - refundable amount - rs.10, 346 Booking id # jps6n8s39 - refundable amount - rs. 2, 426 These bookings were cancelled on april 1st, 2020 and it is already three times that i have contacted customer support with everytime getting to hear the refund will be processed in 2 weeks. All other zoomcar operations are happening seamlessly from advertisement, new packages, marketing and deducting booking amount, fines, cancellation charges etc (within fraction of second ).
But when it comes to refunding money zoomcar is overloaded with unprecedented covid-19 situation.
You are just eating interest of people's refund money. If you delay beyond your policy time(5-7days, max 15days due to covid-19), you should pay interest on the refund amount to customers.
