Based on the escalation raised, we did have a check and understand that there was an issue with the vehicle and you dropped off the vehicle to the location. As a resolution, our team did offer an alternate vehicle immediately to serve your booking. We regret to inform you that we are unable to reverse the charges levied on the booking.
