Zoom Car — zap subscription

I have pre booked kuv 100 for 6 months. It was supposed to be processed this week and delivered on 1st march. I have no clue what's happening. Whenever i mail them they send the same automated response about what zap is. Mailed them thrice and uploaded needed documents through their message link sent a week ago. I would be happier if customer service in zap would be as good as during normal renting.
