[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoom car charges illegal damage fees and inconvenience fees | |||
My booking id is that jps6bclon on 7th April 2019. First of they sent me a car with damaged exteriors and highly unclean interior with music system not in working condition. It was terrible experience to drive such a unclean and smelly car. I returned the car before time and logged in the necessary details to handing over. Later I was shocked to see a damage fees and inconvenience fees charged which is 4 times my actual fees. I have mailed customer care and tried reaching many times. On top, they have sent me first notice without even clarifying my query email. Zoom car gave me the worst driving experience for the first itself Was this information helpful? | |||
