[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoom car charges me damage charges | |||
Hello sir This is to inform you that zoom car is allowing unethical practices to charge damage fees by following the processes with lot of loopholes. This is the first time i booked a zoom car and when i went to the kiosk, the concerned person asked me the car number. I asked him how to access the same. Then he took my mobile and accepted all the pages and went to he last page and told me to take handover of the car. I have categorically asked about the dent on the front bumper and i was told that it was already noted. When i have handedover the car, the guy vanished from the place for a while. I had to call customer service and drop the key in the vehicle, as the car was not getting locked. There was no person who jointly inspected with me after i handed over the car. After few hours, i get a messge that - i need to pay 4000 for the damage. Their customer service is not accessible. I had to call from a different number to reach their customer service please investigate these unethical practices of zoom cars Was this information helpful? | |||
