[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoom car not providing my refund | |||
Booked the car in december 15 2019 booking id : jps66yopj. I booked the car from 7 am to 7 pm. Tried calling customer care numerous times, there is no response. Dropped email’s but there is no reply.in app it says refund pending. It is one of the worst customer experiences. I will never recommend zoom to anyone. Please refrain from zoom. It has been more than 2 months now still it shows as pending for refund. Even if they had to take a 2 week time to refund this is way beyond that time. Seeing the number of complaints online i feel this company is scamming the customers. Plz spread the word and dont let anyone else get scammed by these scammers Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Feb 27, 2020 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Jeyamurugan, Greetings! We are sorry as you have not received the refund. Upon checking, we see that the refund was not released due to a technical glitch. We have rectified the same and released the amount through IMPS.
