[Resolved]  Zoom Car — zoom car refund initiated but not received

I have made a booking on zoom car for a tata tiago on 5 th february 2020 at 8:00 pm near secundrabad railway station. While i was on my way to collect the car an executive from banglore called and informed that the car which you have booked is not available as the customer who took it was far away and he said he was sorry for the incident and offered me to pick either a baleno or an i20, as i was in hurry to move to a marriage i asked him about the nearest car availability and he said the baleno is 5 km far away from the location i said yes as i can understand the situation then i reached the location where the car is parked on a roadside where there are no other cars available and no one to submit the lock, then i called the customer care and they took almost 20 minutes to pick up the call, they instructed me to tell the pin and the unlocked the car, to my surprise i found the back seat of the car is missing and the interior is a full mess. I immediately called them and asked for a solution they said they have a baleno and they increased my time as i lost 2 hours on that empty road during night clueless. To my biggest surprise, there is no car available in the suggested location given on the app, then i tried calling them multiple times but he prompter kept on saying that due to some technical issues you cannot call to this number when i rechecked the app it showed me that my trip is finished and i need to pay an outstanding amount of around rs. 300/-. With that bad experience, i left home impatiently and i missed an important occasion. Then a day later i tried zoom car to share my horrible experience out of my minimum luck that day a customer care guy luckily picked up my call and i explained everything to him, he said sorry for the inconvenience we will refund your amount in 15-30 days and refund is initiated, its almost two months i kept on trying their customer care number and i felt helpless and filing my complaint here. Please help. I am attaching the screenshot. Please help me get my refund back.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We did go through the booking and see that our team has already shared an update on the above concern raised. As informed, the bookings has been frozen and we are unable to process any refund. We request you to kindly wait until the lockdown is over, we shall reinitiate the refund.

When can I expect the refund, Do not just use lockdown as a sake? Banks are still operational during the lockdown.
It was a very long duration even before lockdown. How many more days will your team take to send after lockdown?
