Zoom car polices are good enough and services are up to the mark. We (me my family and friends) are using their services from long back.
This is first time we are facing a issue with zoom car customer care where they are not responding back on the requests / complaints raised through there application multiple times.
We have cancelled a booking with zoom car due to COVID 19 pandemic situation and with this the entire travel plan was cancelled including flights and all stuff.
This booking was cancelled somewhere in April 2020, but my refund amount is still not initiated by zoom car. I have tried to request zoom car team multiple times through there application but their is no any response from them. There applications not shows any summary of requests / complaints done by the customer.
Also there is no method to telephonically connect with them as there customer care number doesn't have option for that [protected].
My booking ID : JPS6NUN2C {Booking tariff 326 Hours / 1630Kms)
Pick up was scheduled for 26th April 2020 7:00am from Chandigarh and vehicle drop on 9th May 2020 Chandigarh.
Booking Charges INR 14, 201
Cancellation charges : INR 200
Net refund amount pending with ZOOM Car INR 14, 001
Still I request zoom car team to connect back with me and please proceed my refund amount ASAP.
Also request Zoom car team to add a feature in application where customer can see the status of their requests / complaints raised to your good office.
