[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoom pedl cycle unable to end trip | |||
Booked cycle no. 3161150. I'm not able to end the trip though i was standing on parking station alotted for pedl cycle. I tried for half an hoyr but unable to do so. To manually unlock it but to no avail. And i tried to take help support in app but that is also not functioning even i couldnt send email, while trying to send mail it showing that something went wrong. Whats wrong with you guys. Its been 1 hour and it is charging and texting me continuously for payments. And please make sure that you have a dedicated customer care number exclusively for pedl.
