Hello, I made the booking on 16 may 2020 at 11:39 am, paid 9978 inr for booking, and 2999 inr as deposit total amount 12977 inr and later canceled my booking on 16 may 2020 at 11:49 am. My booking id jps6n1eyx. Still, i didn’t get any refund amount. I called too many times to customer care but every time says we work from home and remotely so it takes some time but now it's more than one month and now i not able to reach customer care. How to reach to your customer care? And also i checked the status of the refund amount in the web portal, now shows that refund completed. But i didn’t receive any amount in my sbi credit card. I patiently waited, but not received any amount back till now. I lodged the complaint but not received any revert (Email attached). Please help in getting my money back. Its already from 3 months pending refund issue and still you need more time. Sir everybody use online system, why u need moretime?
