Hello,

I made a booking for car to travel to shared with my family with zoom cars. Its been more than a month that they have not given me my refund. They keep on telling that money has been credited to your citrus account but Even after me telling them i do not have a citrus account they still don't entertain me. The money they owe is Rs. 4700. I am tired of calling them and wasting money on calls. Would like to get help with regards to same.

the booking was done on the name of my friend Inder bhatia and my credit card was used for the payment
