Zoom Pedal — not able to end the trip

Hi,

I took the cycle from Indiranagar metro. I tried to end the trip by locking the cycle. But it's not happening. My money is getting deducted from my account. How long should I need to wait to get this rectified. What if all my balance got deducted. Plz respond and give a solution.

Before we proceed with the Troubleshooting steps, please ensure you have an active internet connection.

To end your trip, you need to,

- Lock your cycle manually within an active PEDL station
- Click on 'End Trip' option on the web page

If you tried all the above and still can’t end your trip, please reply back to this email with the following details and we will help you in the best possible way.

1. Phone number used to take a booking
2. Cycle number on which the booking was taken.
3. City from which the booking was made.

'I have already raised a query regarding the issue.. I took the cycle (Cycle number is : 3210286)from Indiranagar metro. i dropped the cycle at Baiyapanahalli metro. I tried to end the trip by locking the cycle. But its not happening. My money is getting deducted from my account. How long should I need to wait to get this rectified. What if all my balance got deducted.
I have already raised a query regarding this and I am getting only a forwared IVR response. They don't even have any customer care number also. And now I got a msg from zoom car as :

"Hi Sidharth! Please return the cycle to a PEDL station by 06:52 PM to avoid an outstanding. If you wish to use it further, extend your trip at https://pedl.zoomcar.com/trip/live"

What the heck is this "avoid an outstanding". Is this kind of threat or what.??

Even same with me..Near Agata lake my cycle number 3217895..They deducted Rs27..mine ride cost is only Rs15..End trip not working cost me Rs 12...
