Zoomcar — account deletion | |
This is regarding the booking JPS6N6KE6. The car was hit by another vehicle because of which one of the gates needed repair. On inspection, I was told that I would be charged 2000 INR, but later on, automatically, 7000 INR was charged. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have contacted numerous times through the app and website asking for the breakup of charges, but I have not received any response so far. It shows me an outstanding bill, which is frustrating, as I would like to clear whatever is the right amount. After a lot of hunting, and a complete lack of help from Zoomcar I came across https://www.zoomcar.com/damage_charges. However, it lists 4000 INR for major damage, there's no way I can be charged 7000 INR for this. Please delete my account as I can't keep following up if you aren't interested in resolving this and enabling me to clear the dues. Was this information helpful? | |
