Zoomcar — Amount to be refunded and bad service
I had booked a zoom car on 30th October for an important appointment from the registered number.
But unfortunately I couldn't use it due to the negligence of zoom car authorities, which made us to roam around to different locations inspite of that the car was not handed over to us and made us wait for around 2hours which made us to miss the appointment that was fixed and search for other alternative at that moment.
I am very disappointed with the service and the response from the concerned authorities, kindly take this issue seriously and arrange to fix these type of service to the customers.
Moreover, It's been more than 45 days since the customer complaint has been raised and the status still shows pending refund.
As per the previous communication from the zoom car authorities amount that was spent on Ola for the travelling and the amount that has been paid during the booking has to be refunded.
Kindly address the issue with high priority and kindly give us some contact for the further communication as we are unable follow up it regularly.
