Zoomcar — Delayed Refund | |||
I booked my booking on 14/06/2015 11:00AM to 14/06/2015 22:00PM, booking reference#JPS6EN1N2. Per company policy in black and white on their own website it's maximum of 15 days, however in this case it's over 15 days but no sign of refund of security deposit. Is this a trick to eat someone's money. It's certainly a great distress and painful experience with Zoomcar customer service for the last two days. I have been constantly trying to get hold of someone in Zoomcar customer care, however it's hard to get hold one, and if you're lucky either you will be placed on hold for undefined time or you will get to hear executives talking so cheaply about the customer who has done the business with Zoomcar. I spoke to Imran on the very first day to know about delay in Security Deposit refund, this man just gave the answer in the air to get rid off the customer who's calling with a concern and he was so very arrogant to help, with full of intolerable attitude. When asked for a Manager, to my shock even the Manager was so slang in her behavior towards the customer, and in the end she disconnected the call. My multiple efforts to speak to someone to know the status was just useless. I tired again on the next day and no wonder I'm not successful to get hold of someone. None of the customer care numbers were working, all I could hear was they're just ringing. I was just wondering what if a customer is in a breakdown situation and tries to speak to someone at Zoomcar, he/she is completely stranded. Could I call this as completely HOPELESS to expect from a company like this. On the company portal, under my account section it's clear that the refund been initiated through Cheque towards my credit card from which I made the payment but it's over 15 days, in fact close to a month now still I do not see refund onto my card yet and however I have been charged interest for the same. I would like to ask a question here, if a customer delays to return the vehicle in time I will be charged for delaying drop off. Now, how much I should be charging Zoomcar for delaying the payment as the TAT on your portal maximum of 15 days and you guy's have crossed over 15 to return the payment. This is seriously worst experience I have ever come across in terms of service. I'm certainly not the potential customer of Zoomcar ever again. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also facing same issue, it has been month they always says has some technical issues. Look's like zoomcar will run away with this security amounts near future.
