Zoomcar — Demanding for extra fuel charges.

I have booked my zoom car on 27 June 2022 at 02:00 AM and returned on 27 June 2022 at 8:30 PM . I have paid the car amount at once and only the toll charges were to be paid. At the end of the journey I have not marked the fuel percentage and left it at 0% and because of that they are demanding Rs 777 of fuel which is totally wrong. I have written a number of mail but they are not responding and not looking into this matter. I left the car at its initial fuel level and i will not pay any fuel amount to zoom car.
