I had uploaded my DL documents for approval and it was mentioned in their page that the approval will be done prior to my booking start time. But,
A. I had a hard time finding the exact location of the car and also, no one from customer support was picking up my call to help me with it.
B. After we somehow found out the exact location of the car, we weren't able to unlock the car stating that my DL documents have not yet been verified, when they had clearly mentioned that it will be, before my booking start time.
Henceforth, I demand a full refund for the booking I made.
