Zoomcar — False Claim

I have availed their service twice. In May I have taken on rent Kwid MT ( Petrol) bearing Registration number TN30BP5142 from 5th May2022 to 09- May-2022. On 11th July 2022 I have taken Ertiga MT Petrol.
When we dropped the first Car in May 2022, We had problem with app and unable to close it due to issue in the app. we communicate with them and no help is extended to us. To our surprise, the Customer service executive is started rejecting our calls. Finally we got it touch with them and they closed the trip from their side and confirmed that there is no additional amount to be paid.
After two months, we have taken an another car and suffered to the core. The gps sent to us for the location is not at all in the vicinity of the car. When we reached the customer executive, he argued that the location sent is correct and when we explained that there is no building in that area he disconnected the phone and despite many calls to him he is not even bothered to attend the call. Finally the owner who is renting the car has given the location. When we took the care, there was a bulge in the tyre, even we couldn’t inform this to Zoom and sent photo to the owner.
Today, we got a message from Zoom legal team ( in our India Mobile number), that there is due from us and not paying this will amount to legal action against us.
I have tried to reach the number ( mobile from abroad) no answer, I have sent a mail in the mail ID provided in this message, there is an auto reply stating that this mail is no longer available in this mail for assistance and asked us to contact through app. I have sent a whatsapp to same number from where we got this message and no reply.
Is this a fake message. If not how a company can sent claim after there months and not giving opportunity to the customer to communicate
