[Resolved] Zoomcar — false damage charges | |||
After completing the booking while handing over the car they said I have made a scratch in the car.. during my drive I knew I have not bumped my car anywhere... they were corrupt and asked for 6000 rs cash to sort the matter.. when I said I will talk to zoomcar he started saying don’t talk to them, I will give you discount... he was encouraging corruption..they took the picture of my female friends who were with me... when I talked to zoomcar customer service they sent the images to the scratched car and updated the charge of 4000... he took my driving license without any proof that he is keeping it for no reason... the scratch in the car was from earlier and he is false claiming of the scratch in the car... zoomcar support is ridiculous... help me plzz... I will never book a car from zoomcar now... tell them to return my driving license... thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

We did have a recheck on the escalation raised by you regarding the vehicle damage charges. We see that the charges levied are appropriate as there were scratches on the right side front bumper and fender scratch damage. Unfortunately, we are unable to do much in this case.
