Zoomcar — Fraud with the booking cars

I have booked my car 15 days before my trip starts a new car with less km driven new and price approx : 7380 rupees.
They suddenly changed my car with old damaged car which actual price is approx 5000 rupees. But they have charged me 6400 rupees . And when I ask them for refund one week before my trip start they told me we cannot refund your booking amount as you will have to pay cancellation charge and I will get my money back in 30 working days only in Zoomcar wallet not in my bank account. This is really making Customer suffer . I have called in Zoomcar for 10-15 times in a week but they even not respond. Every one has to understand the value of time of customer.
They betrayed me.

Very rude behaviour of Zoomcar supervisor. They just told me you are even getting some refund other customers will not even get their car after booking .
