I bought a brand new Maruti Baleno and listed my car on zoom car host for generating additional income but within a month on 3rd booking I got scammed and following are the points and car was not even starting means taking self
Following are the issues:
1. Driver side door and fender damage
2. Driver side gate interior damage
3. All tyres Including Stepney are stolen
4. Music touch screen torn
5. Driver side gate stopper damage
6. Car is not taking starting self
7. FASTag has been torn
8. Got compliant from petrol pump of Gurgaon that customer theft and run with this car as proof got CCTV footage and their petrol receipt
After reporting incident Ramon help and support option of the app and calling customer support no response getting instead of copy paste replies refer to the below reply for from customer support post 18 hours

As of now, we have noted the damage incident and if 5 such consecutive non-immediately repairable damages have been accrued on your car, our executives will reach out to you in the next 48 hours for repairs.
