[Resolved] Zoomcar — illegal and wrong billing plus unlawful recovery attempts | |||||
The zoomcar we took was already in a bad shape when we took it and there was no provision for us to report the damages as you guys didn't have the option of rear view mirror damage and we mentioned the extra damage in the rear doors. We have photos in order to prove it. We are being wrongly charged the extra amount. The cleaning charge of 1000 is too high and also it wasn't mentioned anywhere. Secondly we are not sure why we are charged of rule breaking and no explanation is provided. Thirdly, the owner of the car has falsified reports of the condition of the car and is charging us illegaly. If the zoomcar executives don't care to address to this issue i will complain you guys to consumer court. So i want a proper and viable explanation why we are not getting the fuel refund of 1300 plus refundable amount of 1000 Was this information helpful? | |||||
