I, Arun Karthik V, subscribed a car (Polo) on June 26, 2020 for one month. I returned the car on July 26, 2020. The refundable amount of Rs.4999/- not yet refunded. My phone no. is [protected]. Kindly refund the amount. When mailed to zap.[protected]@zoomcar.com there is no response yet and I have technical issues with the zap app too. The zoom car Help and Support desk is not picking calls and replying mails. Poor Customer service while case of refunding. This is cheating by Zoomcar.
