I booked Ertiga from 10:30 AM 30 Sep 2022 to 8.30 PM 01 OCT 2022. My BOOKING ID is JPSN7FH27.
Our car broke down on Sep 30, 2022 around 1.30 PM and we have contacted the Zoom customer car and returned the vehicle, they have promised us that there will be a full refund, since our car broke down at the start of the trip.
We contacted Zoom car on Oct 10, 2022, they told us that there will not be a refund initially as the car was in good condition, then we wanted them to connect with the owner, then they spoke with the owner and told us that the owner agreed that there was a problem in the car and they will be raising a ticket.
Then again today (Oct 12, 2022), the customer support person said the same thing, that the car was in working condition, and no refund will be issued.
We drove the car and it stopped in the middle of the road and people around helped to move the car from the middle of the road and our trip was also cancelled due to this, and we filled the fuel (diesel) of 1000 rupees in the car and after 10 mins the car stopped. The owner also accepts that there is an issue with the car. But, I am not sure who is the backend who gives the statement that the car is in working condition.
I expect Zoom to provide us with a refund of 5202 (Car booking amount) + 1000 (diesel charges proof of the bill is sent to "[protected]@zoomcar.com" ). For now we have received 1353 as refund. So Zoom needs to provide us with a refund of 4849 .
We are continuously contacting Zoom to get our money back, but there is not even a single update from them.
