[Resolved] Zoomcar — Non payment of refund | |||
Refund of my cancelled booking is pending since 27may2020. Full refund amount shows up under refund processing page of zoomcar but its not taking any step further. I called and wrote mails to zoomcar many times. But every time I received same reply, " you would get refund within a week, sorry for delay due to covid-19 situation. " Its been almost 2 months. Now my call doesn't connect, my mails aren't replied; may be they have blocked my number. This is not just a refund issue but mental harassment. Zoomcar is running scams on different fronts. Aug 10, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I didn't receive any mail or call feom zoomcar, regarding my complaint. I got my refund directly into my bank account after long time waiting of 2months. I think consumercomplaints.In helped .Thank you for your help. Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
