[Resolved]  Zoomcar — Non payment of refund

Refund of my cancelled booking is pending since 27may2020. Full refund amount shows up under refund processing page of zoomcar but its not taking any step further. I called and wrote mails to zoomcar many times. But every time I received same reply, " you would get refund within a week, sorry for delay due to covid-19 situation. "
Its been almost 2 months. Now my call doesn't connect, my mails aren't replied; may be they have blocked my number. This is not just a refund issue but mental harassment.
Zoomcar is running scams on different fronts. Zoomcar is the worst!!

I didn't receive any mail or call feom zoomcar, regarding my complaint. I got my refund directly into my bank account after long time waiting of 2months. I think consumercomplaints.In helped .Thank you for your help.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
