Zoomcar — Not able to access my account after booking, no resolution from Zoomcar

Hi Team,

I did a zoom car booking with Booking ID: JPSN7FZ7D.
I received the confirmation as well on whatsapp ([protected]) and email id: [protected]@gmail.com. But now I am not able to login using my email as well as my mobile number both on the app as well as on the website. Please help here. I am attaching the confirmation email I received from Zoomcar as well as the whatsapp message received on my mobile. The date of booking is 2

I have written to Zoomcar customer care to which they initially responded but stopped responding since last 5 days.
