I have raised nearly 4-5 tickets and every time the customer care executive closes the ticket without any response. I have images, videos and even the video of how I arranged a driver so that he can charge the battery. I have uploaded all the required images but yet no update on the refund. I didn't even go 1 KM and when I got out to have something to eat the car battery was dead and I was not able to start the car. It was a lonely place and I could not even find a mechanic at the night. I informed the zoom team so they told they are sending a mechanic but he never came. Then finally I called the car owner and told to take his car back and meanwhile stopped a taxi to charge the battery. Then I told all this to zoomcar customer care and they told they have initiated the refund but it hasn't been processed as of now.
I was informed that It will be reflected and processed in 48 hours but it has already been 4-5 days and the refund is not reflected in the app. Also I get thank you texts from the zoomcar but no response on my ticket. And I am not even able to call the customer care number it says time limit exceeded or many of the times there is no executive to respond to the call, also many times I am told to raise a ticket through help and support option on the app but I don't get any appropriate response.
I am attaching the video of the breakdown and how I managed to start the car and there was no damage to the car.
