Zoomcar — Payment refund | |||
I have done abooking on August 2020 and later cancelled on Sept 23rd. Refund amount of 6500 was initiated and they says 30 days for refund. Its already been a month. More than refund, there is no any provision for talking to a customer care executive for enquiring the status. There is no reply from customer care after sending mail also. If a person is booking with the help of a credit card, the interest also customer is paying. They are very eager to take the caution deposit amount. But refund is very much delayed.
