[Resolved]  Zoomcar Pedl — not ending my trip though it is on the station

I have booked a pedl of no 102024
When i try to unlock cycle it's not get unlock, but on app it's showing that it is unlocked. So i just tried to end my trip. Now it's not ending my trip and asking me to park in pedl station (Cycle is already in pedl station) they takeout 63rupees. What should i do now. Also it's gps is broken and asking me to lock it which is already locked

' have rent a cycle (cycle no-102024), When I unlock this cycle from my app, app showing that the cycle is unlock, but in actual cycle was having lock problem, it wasn get unlocked, So now my trip is extended for 19hours now, I have tried each customer no which was available, but I haven get any help. So please help me .even the cycle is on the station, cycled is lock by physically and I have locked it by app, still it is not ending my trip, if further charges will get apply I will not be responsible for paying this. nReply me as early as possible -zoomcar pedlnnnot ending my trip becouse of its own lock defaultnn'

I live in kharadi. Here is children without unlocked cycle carry in home and broked cycle and remove cycle part like sit panel ect .if you always come and check it here.
