Zoomcar — Pending refund of cancelled booking | |
I had cancelled my booking on 20th Nov. As per Zoomcar policies, I should have received the refund within 30 working days. But it has been more than 50 days and I still haven't received any refund. I had written multiple complaints from the Zoomcar app, and received no response. They have stopped replying to my emails and I cannot talk with the customer executive. I am attaching screenshot of the booking and pending refund payments from the app. If Zoomcar dosen't refund my money, I will have no choice but to take strict actions.
