[Resolved]  Zoomcar — Refund for cancellation

I booked a rental car on Zoomcar for 15 September 2022 (pick up time 7 pm ) and paid Rs 2082 in advance. My booking ID is JPSN7T4JI. However there were change of plans and i wished to cancel the trip. According to company policy, for any cancellation 24 hours prior to the pickup time the cancellation fee charged will be Rs 200. I tried cancelling the trip on Zoomcar mobile app on 6 september 2022. But when i clicked on cancel trip, there was a message saying the entire amount will be deducted as cancellation fee. The customer care number is not being answered. I wish to cancel the trip well before 15 september and get my refund barring cancellation fee of 200.
