My booking ID is JPSN7N4X9. The tyre burst just after driving for 30kms. Me and my family were lucky that this happened on small road when we were moving slowly. I can't think what would have been the case if this happened on highway when we will be going at 80KMPH. Then when I tried to change the spare wheel, found that spare wheel is not fitting the axle. We had lot of long calls with breakdown support. Then I found a nearby MRF tyre store, got a new tyre changed. It costed me 4500. Then cancelled my trip and returned the vehicle. I was told to upload the bill and other photos. I did all that was asked for. For a week when I didn't get any update, I sent a mail through my registered email [protected]@yahoo.com. I got reply that they will need 3-5 working days to get the status and decide on refund. Even after more than a week I didn't get reply. When I tried to call, someone picked up the call and mentioned I will get update in 24 hours. That also didn't happen. Now when I try to call from my registered mobile number to your support, I get a automatic reply saying "No booking active now with this number". Attaching the images once again of the issue. I am not sure any good update would come from you guys. It is my mistake to have used your service. If this was in any other country they would be in a big trouble by now for all the mess you caused to me. Actually I expect refund for my booking as well. I did for 2 days for 400+ KMS, but used it for 50 kms. The car condition was not proper. They are supposed to do the required checks. The interiors and exteriors were fine. But how will I know the state of tyres and spare wheel.
