Zoomcar — Refund is still pending!

It's been almost 3 months now and I haven't got my refund from Zoomcar and the worst is for more than 2 months I keep trying to connect to customer care and I am unable to.

I have almost sent more than 10 emails regarding the same but haven't got any revert from the Zoomcar support team.

What's wrong with these guys? this is how they steal the money which is very important for a middle-class family like mine.

The total refunding amount is Rs 1970 I know it doesn't even matter for them but as a middle class, it does matter for me.
