[Resolved] Zoomcar — refund my money | |||||
I have booked zoomcar for a 100 kms free trip my booking id is jps6x5vth. I have rode only 60 kms and ended my trip before the time. I paid 6365 rs and the booking tarrif is 1365 and 5000 security deposit which have to be returned after ending trip and when i have ended the trip and uploaded all the meter readings of before and after ending the trip then after doing all the responsibilities with proof a fake charge of extra kms is added in my booking and the security money is vanished and i haven't got any refund from this fraud company but i have got a huge fake charge with this fraud company... We apologize to know that there is a discrepancy in the billing. We did have a check and we have made the necessary changes under the booking.
