Zoomcar — REFUND NOT ISSUED even after 60 days and multiple follow ups

Booked Zoom car to travel on 24th Dec 2020 (Booking ID - JPS6NFN3K) and 5th Jan 2021 (Booking ID - JPS6NFN1L), but both bookings got cancelled by zoon car executive due to vehicle unavailability and refund was initiated accordingly. However, as of today didn't received refund for either of these booking even though cancelled date is more than 45 days for both bookings.

Was raised the concern a couple of times under my booking with write up to support team, but didn't receive any response or refund also not happened.
