Zoomcar — Refund Not paid booking ID - JPS6NADFA

I had cancelled my booking from zoomcar on 22 Oct 2020 and today is 22 Dec 2020 yet my refund amount of Rs14878 is not return by zoomcar. Zoomcar had a policy of refund in 30 days but still they had not returned my amount. Even they had remove my booking from register number so whenever I called to customer care, the call get disconnected with msg no booking from this register mobile number. It's a fraud from zoomcar, they can't remove my booking from register mobile number untill they had not settle all my refund amount.
