[Resolved] Zoomcar — refund not paid | |
I filled fuel worth rs 1000 in zoomcar and also uploaded the receipt of same in zoomcar account. But zoomcar is not refunding my amount. The additional fuel that i filled was still remaining in vehicle only. I booked it in jaipur, rajasthan. I tried to contact zoomcar multiple times and they told me that they will not refund it and asked me to bear with them on this matter.

I tried mailing, but Zoomcar is not considering the additional fuel left in the vehicle. When I received the vehicle, the fuel indicator was blinking which means it barely had any fuel. When I returned the vehicle, it had 1 full line on the indicator which clearly means there is extra fuel left in the vehicle.
